Hi Moms! We will b spending time in both Blizzard Beach and Typhoon lagoon on our next vacation. Any suggestions on which quick service restaurants are the yummiest and have lots of options for picky 11 and 4 year old? Thanks

    Hi Natalia!

There are many options for dining at both Walt Disney World water parks.  For the picky eaters, Lottawatta Lodge at Blizzard Beach has the best offerings.  Here you'll find chicken nuggets, burgers, flatbread pizzas and salads.  We often grab lunch at Avalunch since we spend most of our time Ski Patrol Training Camp.  Avalunch offers several different hot dog combinations including one topped with macaroni and cheese.  You can also order mac n cheese by itself, which is what my daughter gets.

Leaning Palms is our go-to dining destination at Typhoon Lagoon.  They offer pizza, hot dogs, burgers, chicken nuggets and more.  Typhoon Tilly's has some fish options as well as a delicious barbecued pork sandwich.

Looking for a sweet treat during a break from swimming?  Both parks offer the "Sand Pail", which is an actual sand pail filled to the top with chocolate and vanilla ice cream and over 5 different toppings.  The whole family can share this delicious dessert!

Lastly, no water park trip is complete for us without stopping for mini donuts on the way out.  These are mini fried donuts that are coated in cinnamon sugar complete with chocolate dipping sauce.  Wow!

    Have a magical day!
