I will be spending one day at Magic Kingdom on October 4th. I have purchased a ticket and made a reservation. I do not have a magic band. What do I need to bring with me to get inside the park? Do I just go to the turnstiles? Thanks!

    Welcome to planDisney Paula!

Thanks so much for stopping by, we are happy to hEAR from you today. I’m even more excited to hEAR that you will be visiting the Walt Disney World Resort very soon. Are you all packed and ready to go? I just love visiting Magic Kingdom Park during Halloween season! You might even get to see a Spooktacular Character Cavalcade creep by. Did you schedule any dining experiences to enjoy during your visit? Look at me getting carried away! There’s just so much to do and see and like I always say, any day spent at Walt Disney World Resort is better than a day not spent there at all.

Once you arrive, for your day in the park, you will want to have your photo ID, credit card used for purchase, and confirmation number to stop by a Will Call (Ticket) Window to pick up your hard ticket card. Once you have your ticket in hand, head towards the turnstiles and enjoy your day!

As a self proclaimed “Disney foodie” myself, I’ve got a couple treats for you to try while exploring Magic Kingdom Park. First on the list is, LeFou’s Brew at Gaston’s Tavern, it’s the perfect midday refresher. In between breakfast and dinner you can find me enjoying a Mickey-shaped pretzel, churro, or even a DOLE Whip®. As the sunsets, I like to end my day with the Fresh Fruit Waffle Sandwich from Sleepy Hollow. Honestly, the list can go on and on, but I’m sure you will be hunting down some of your favorites too!

Have an amazing visit, Paula! Be sure to leave room in your suitcase for some fun souvenirs to bring back home with you.
