Hi. Spending NYE in the Magic Kingdom but dont have a hopper pass. Can we book dinner in a resort (looking at Grand Floridian) or in Downtown Disney and guarantee to be admitted back into the park for the fireworks or is this not possible? Thanks Nicola

    Hi Nicola!

Some of the very best restaurants are located outside the parks!  Even the most basic of park tickets will allow you to be admitted back into the SAME park that you visited early in the day.  However, if the park has reached its capacity, NO ONE will be allowed in due to fire safety regulations.  Sadly, New Year's Eve typically reaches its maximum crowd level and if you leave, you will not be guaranteed re-entry into the park.  I would hate to see you left out, so honestly, I would not leave the Magic Kigndom on that day.  I hate to be the bearer of bad news, but I would rather have you prepared for the big night.  Happy New Year!
