We will be spending 4th of July week at Disney and booked the Beach Club. We are very excited! I have 2 daughters - ages 9 and 3. We booked a Garden View room and wonder if you have any suggestions about room location at the resort. Thank you!

Excellent choice, Francesca. Disney's Beach Club Resort is one of my favorites thanks to its close proximity to Epcot and Disney's Hollywood Studios. Being able to walk to two resorts is so convenient. Plus the Stormalong Bay pool with a sandy bottom, currents, and a pirate ship is amazing.

When making a room request consider which aspect is most important to you. Would you rather be close to the elevator to the pool, the lobby, or Epcot? Would you rather have a day bed or full balcony? Pick one top location or amenity for your request to increase your chances of having your wish fulfilled.

Traditionally Epcot has patriotic music, lasers, and fireworks added to the IllumiNations: Reflections of Earth on July 4th. I hope this event is presented this year for you to enjoy since once the show is over your tired girls will have just a short walk back to the room.

    Enjoy your magical vacation!
