After spending an hour reading about the pools, I am confused! We are camping at Ft Wilderness campground. As this counts as a resort I thought we could use all the pools as resort guests. Just read we cannot. Can you clarify? Want kiddie water play.

    Hi Jillian,
I have always wanted to camp at Fort Wilderness, it just looks like so much fun!

Fort Wilderness Campground is treated like the other resorts - you have access to the Extra Magic Hours, WDW Transportation System, you can chose the Disney Dining Plan option if you want, etc.  Like all resorts, your reservation also allows you to use the pool at your resort, but not at other resorts.

Along with a great pool, the Fort Wilderness Campground has had a new 'kids splash zone' which sounds just right for your little one.

Jillian, have a wonderful family time together in the great outdoors!

Walt Disney World stole my heart when my parents introduced me to the magic the year it opened. I fondly remember my first 'Mickey Mouse in a Glass House' balloon! I still visit with my parents-and now with my husband and our two teens. Learn More About Lynn
