Hi! Spending 5 days at DW with our 15 and 17 year old, in late August. We will have about 4 hours to spend in a park before our departing flight on a Monday. Any recommendations for how to get the most out of that time before we depart?

Hi Christian! There are several amazing Disney services you can use as a Guest of a Walt Disney World Resort hotel to help you maximize your time! Disney's Magical Express Resort Airline Check-In, Extra Magic Hours, FastPass+, and Mobile Food and Beverage Ordering will be so helpful as you enjoy every last minute!

To begin, start the day early! If you are flying on a participating airline, you can use the Resort Airline Check-In service as early as 5:00 AM to check-in for your flight and check your bags. Then, check your carry-on luggage with the Bell Stand and head to the theme park.

When you are planning your itinerary, check the park hours for your final day of vacation. If one of the theme parks has early morning Extra Magic Hours, take advantage of the extra time. Arrive before the theme park opens and go in with a plan of the must do attractions you want to experience.

As part of your plan, try to make your FastPass+ selections as early in the day as possible. Try to get the times as close together as possible, and try to flow from one area to another rather than going back and forth. In between your FastPass+ selections, you can enjoy other attractions.

Finally, you may get hungry while you are enjoying your day! Use the Mobile Food and Beverage Ordering service to quickly and efficiently order and enjoy a meal before you leave.

Thanks so much for sharing your question with the Disney Parks Moms Panel. Please let me know if you have any other questions as you plan your magical Walt Disney World Resort vacation!
