Spending 1 day in Epcot. Have breakfast at garden grill at 9:20am, then dinner at Teppan Edo at 4:10pm and then dessert party at 8:30pm. Is that too much in 1 day? Can you split an adult meal at Teppan Edo between 2 adults? Want to be hungry for desserts

Hello, Christi! Actually, I think that sounds like a perfect Epcot day to me. You've planned for adequate time between breakfast at The Garden Grill and dinner at Teppan Edo to enjoy Epcot's attractions or the World Showcase, and if you get hungry between the reservations there are plenty of amazing snack choices as you make your way around the world.

Teppan Edo is currently my favorite Table Service Restaurant at Epcot, so I'm really glad that you chose to make a reservation there. The last time I went to Teppan Edo was this past August with my Moms Panel friends Jason K. and Heather S. We had such a good time together and it ended up being the highlight of the trip for me. You can split an adult meal between two adults at Teppan Edo, however I will warn you last time, Heather, Jason and I each had our own meal and shared an appetizer, and we still cleaned our plates and were hungry a couple of hours after dinner. When you are park touring sometimes you can underestimate how exhausted and hungry all of the walking can make you.

The IllumiNations Sparkling Dessert Party is another of my favorite things to do at Epcot, mainly because IllumiNations : Reflections of Earth is my favorite fireworks display in all of Walt Disney World. The dessert party is a perfect way to end the night with a great view of the fireworks, a plate full of sweets, and a glass of wine.

If you need anything else please let us know, and have a magical Walt Disney World vacation.
