We will be spending a day in Animal kingdom what would you recommend for breakfast, lunch, and dinner?

    Hi Latasha,

A day spent at Disney's Animal Kingdom Theme Park is so much fun. When my family spends a day in a park, we typically don't stop and sit down for all three meals. We find that it slows us down and takes away from time spent on the attractions. That said, I'll recommend what I might do for each meal at Disney's Animal Kingdom Park.

If you are looking for a quick breakfast and then to get started right away in the park, the option for a quick breakfast at Disney's Animal Kingdom Park is Pizzafari. I would suggest instead of Pizzafari rather to grab something quickly at your resort before coming to the park. Then you're ready to head to attractions as soon as you arrive. If your family prefers at longer, heartier breakfast, check out Donald's Safari Breakfast at Tusker House Restaurant. My husband and I enjoyed this buffet because it had both American fare in case our daughter was not feeling adventurous, as well as more exotic African-inspired cuisine for us to sample. At this breakfast, you can expect to see Donald Duck and his friends in their safari gear. I suggest getting a later reservation for this meal, maybe 10:00 a.m. That way, you can do a couple of attractions before breakfast, and then with an early afternoon snack, you probably won't need to have another meal until dinner.

If you are looking for a table service meal for either lunch or dinner, consider the Yak and Yeti Restaurant, which features Asian-inspired cuisine. If your family enjoys the Rainforest Cafe, there is one located right at the entrance to Disney's Animal Kingdom. Rainforest Cafe has an entrance directly into the park so you won't need to leave the park to go there! For lunch and dinner, you also have some quick service options. We enjoy Flame Tree Barbecue for smoked meats, and also the Yak and Yeti Local Food Cafes for Asian-inspired quick service.

Please do not hesitate to ask if you have any further questions!
