Hello Angela! Welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel.
I often find myself planning so many exciting activities during our Walt Disney World Resort vacations, that I sometimes neglect appropriating enough time for traveling from location to location.
With Complimentary Resort Transportation offering
direct access to Disney Springs from all 4 Walt Disney World Resort Theme Parks after 4pm on any given day, getting to the entertainment and dining hot spots offered at Disney Springs has never been easier.
As far as your plan is concerned, I would think that you have enough time to get from Disney's Animal Kingdom Theme Park if you took a Banshee from Pandora: Flight of Avatar but leaving 45 minutes may be cutting it a little too close for comfort via Walt Disney World Resort transportation.
If a bus arrived at 4pm and you were on the first trip to Disney Springs, then you would be completely fine. The trip from Disney's Animal Kingdom Theme Park to Disney Springs is straightforward and the dedicated bus lanes will have you there in no time. If a bus arrived around 4:15pm to take Guests to Disney Springs, you would still probably make it just in time for your Advanced Dining Reservations as well. Any later than that, you may not reach your destination in time.
I recommend you attempt to make
Advanced Dining Reservations at The BOATHOUSE® for 5pm or later to be on the safe side. Barring a change in reservations, be sure to have the number for The BOATHOUSE® with you when you travel (407-939-2628) and simply give them a call if you are running late and inform them of your situation.
Bon Appétit!
