    I will be spending the day at Animal Kingdom and have made a dinner reservation at the Animal Kingdom lodge. Where should I park? I'm not staying at a Disney resort. How long would it approx take to drive to the lodge?

    Hello Dawn!
    It is awesome that you have an Disney's Animal Kingdom Theme Park day planned with a dinner at Disney's Animal Kingdom Lodge! If you have a vehicle, then I would recommend parking at Disney's Animal Kingdom Theme Park while you are there in the daytime enjoying the theme park and then drive over to Disney's Animal Kingdom Lodge for your dinner. Disney's Animal Kingdom Theme Park is right next to Disney's Animal Kingdom Lodge (less than a 5 minute drive). You will be able to park your vehicle at Disney's Animal Kingdom Lodge because you have an Advanced Dining Reservations there. Just tell the Cast Member at the security gate that you have Advanced Dining Reservations at Disney's Animal Kingdom Lodge. Another easy option would be to take a Disney bus from Disney's Animal Kingdom Theme Park to Disney's Animal Kingdom Lodge (leaving your vehicle parked at Disney's Animal Kingdom Theme Park). Keep in mind that you will need to make sure that Disney's Animal Kingdom Theme Park is still open at the time that your dinner is complete so that you can take a Disney bus back to there to pick up your vehicle.
