Howdy, Jamie! Thank for visiting the Disney Parks Moms Panel and asking your question!
Four days at the Disneyland Resort sounds like an amazing vacation to me! With one park per day tickets, you can choose whichever park you would like to visit on each day. So you can absolutely spend three days at Disneyland Park and one day at Disney California Adventure Park, or any combination of days that you desire - it's all up to you! Just know that whichever park you choose to enter first on a particular day is the only park you can visit all day long. If you want to keep your plans flexible, then I definitely recommend
purchasing Park Hopper tickets. The parks are extremely close to one another so it is really easy to hop back and forth. In fact, each time I visit, I hop at least once every day.
Another thing to keep in mind is that with a four-day ticket, you have access to one
Magic Morning at Disneyland Park. Magic Mornings are typically held on Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Saturdays, and are an excellent way to get a lot of things done in the morning with minimal crowds. So, as you plan which days to visit each park, I suggest using one of your Disneyland Park days on a Magic Morning day. If you happen to be staying at a Disneyland Resort Hotel, then you have
Extra Magic Hour each day of your stay which includes exclusive early access to Disney California Adventure Park on Monday, Wednesday, Friday, and Sunday mornings.
I hope this helps clarify things for you. Please stop by again with any further questions you may have. Happy planning!
