Spemding one day at DIsney World ? September 1st. Any advice ?

    Hi Tim,

Probably the first decision you need to make is which park you'd like to visit if you are buying a one day ticket.  By clicking here, you can explore the various attractions and entertainment at the parks to see which you'd enjoy the most.  If you decide you'd like to see more than one, you do have the option to purchase the park hopper option on your ticket, so you can visit more than one park during your visit.

If I had to recommend a park, I think the Magic Kingdom epitomizes the Disney experience.  It is also so close to the Contemporary, the Polynesian, and Grand Floridian resorts that you can easily hop onto the monorail to visit the resorts if you'd like a break in the day and a chance to see another aspect of WDW. The hours of the Magic Kingdom are 9 am to 10 pm on the day you plan on visiting. If you click here, you can explore the many events happening that day, too. I do recommend that you arrive early to be there when the park opens to take full advantage of the day at the park.

If you'd like more information on any of the parks, I'd be glad to help.  You can send me a question by clicking here

Have a great day filled with lots of fun!  Thank you for visiting the Moms Panel.
