I have 4 y/o with speical needs and 2 y/o. Will strollers for both be allowed when getting on a bus to the parks? We will travel by car and will be staying at All Star resort during 4 day vacation and have to bring my own strollers for my 2 all the times

You can certainly bring your strollers with you on the Disney buses. I traveled to WDW when I had a four-year-old and one-year-old twins. We had a single stroller and a large double and lots of bags and we always used the bus system. You will find many other guests in a similar situation.

One thing to know is that all strollers must be folded on the buses. Your two year old will certainly have to leave the stroller while it is folded and sit on a seat or on your lap while the bus is moving. If your four year old is able to do this as well, then that would be the easiest way for you to get around. However, if your special needs child cannot leave the stroller, then you could be accommodated in the wheelchair space that is available on all the Disney buses. Just speak to the driver about your situation and he or she will activate the lift for you.

You should also know that you are welcome to drive from your hotel to the parks. Parking is free at the theme parks for guests of the WDW resort hotels.
