Is there a speedway gas station in walking distance of fort wilderness?

Hey there, Ward! Welcome to planDisney!

I’m sure you’re looking forward to your upcoming visit to Fort Wilderness Resort. With its outdoor recreational options, like archery and bike rentals, and its unique dining experiences like Hoop-Dee-Doo Musical Revue, this rootin’ tootin’ resort has something for everyone.

There aren’t any gas stations within walking distance of Fort Wilderness Resort. There is a Speedway gas station next to the Walt Disney World Car Care Center, which is about 4.5 miles from Fort Wilderness and accessible by car. There are also Speedway gas stations located near Hollywood Studios and Disney Springs. Exact directions will vary based on your exact starting point, but you can use your preferred directions app to find the nearest location and best route.

Speaking of directions apps, the My Disney Experience mobile app can provide step-by-step directions and estimated travel times to Walt Disney World destinations accessible via resort transportation or walking. Whether you are resort hopping, park hopping, or just trying to make your way from one side of a theme park to the other, this is an essential tool for every Walt Disney World vacation.

I hope this information is useful, Ward. As your visit approaches, don’t hesitate to come back to planDisney with other vacation planning questions. We’re always happy to help!

    Magical travels!
