Are there specific wheelchair viewing locations during the Halloween party for the parades and fireworks?

    Hi Brittany,

Thanks for trusting planDisney with another great trip-planning question. When we last spoke, you were heading to Disney After Hours at Disney's Hollywood Studios. Now you're heading to Mickey's Not-So-Scary Halloween Party at Magic Kingdom Park. Congratulations on cracking the code for maximizing the magic during your Walt Disney World Resort vacations. Low crowds + exclusive park access = big fun!

I reached out to a helpful Cast Member at Disability Services on your behalf and learned that a viewing area for Guests with disabilities is available for Mickey's Not-So-Spooky Spectacular. The area is designated on the Guests with Disabilities Guidemap for Magic Kingdom Park with a purple "F" and a wheelchair symbol. As you're looking at Cinderella Castle, the entrance is to the far left of the reserved section, where you'll check in with a Cast Member. A good visual landmark when looking for this area is the left fountain. This area is first-come, first-served, so I recommend arriving at least 30 minutes in advance. Larger parties may be asked to separate.

For Mickey's "Boo-To-You" Halloween Party, there are front-row spots available throughout the parade route. I recommend watching the gravediggers spark in Frontierland or Liberty Square. Last year, my family watched the Headless Horseman pass by in front of Liberty Tree Tavern. After the parade, we headed to the Haunted Mansion before the Main Street, U.S.A., crowds got there. In my experience, the second parade crowds are typically less dense.

Fill your pre-show time, and tummy, with one of the devilishly delicious treats featured in the Disney Eats: Foodie Guide to Mickey's Not-So-Scary Halloween Party. I'm coming for the Apple Fritter Milkshake from Auntie Gravity's Galactic Goodies next month!

Thanks for making planDisney part of your vacation-planning team, Brittany. I hope you have a spooktacular trip!
