Hi Shelby!
Thanks for visiting us here at planDisney. I'm so glad you reached out with such a great question.
Can you believe that your
Walt Disney World Resort vacation is less than a month away? I bet you have been looking forward to this for so long, so you must be so excited! I know I spend those last few weeks before a visit picking out my park attire, getting those final plans buttoned up, and getting hyped up for the magic to come! So, I'm so happy to be able to help answer any questions you have before you set off on your fabulous adventure!
Oh boy, I’m so sorry to hear you’re having some trouble with your
Park Pass Reservations. That is super frustrating, so I’d be happy to show you how to confirm your reservations went through. To do so, log into your
My Disney Experience app and open the menu by clicking on the three stacked lines in the bottom right corner. Then, from the menu, click on “Future Plans.” If your Park Pass Reservations went through successfully, you would see them in this section. If not, let’s move on and see what we can do to get those Park Pass Reservations taken care of for you.
You can make your Park Pass Reservations using My Disney Experience from the mobile app or on your web browser. So, if you’re trying to book your reservation via one method and keep getting the same error message, I would recommend switching over to the other. In the past, when I was having trouble with something on My Disney Experience, switching over to the mobile app or the browser seemed to do the trick. So, definitely give that a try, Shelby!
If that doesn’t help, you would need to reach out to Guest Relations to get this taken care of for you. I know the wait times are a little long right now, so I’d recommend using the email feature or the live chat found on the
Help Center contact page. This way, you don’t have to wait on the line, and someone will get back to you as soon as possible.
I see you will be visiting during
The EPCOT International Flower & Garden Festival, which is an absolute must-do if you ask me!
EPCOT is often open later than some other parks, so I like to start my day at a park that closes earlier, head back to my hotel for a quick nap or dip in the pool, and then hop over to EPCOT to enjoy the festival in the evening. It's the perfect time to enjoy the delicious food from the outdoor kitchens and grab a drink before watching the incredible nighttime spectacular, Harmonious. Talk about a perfect day!
I hope this has been helpful to you! As you continue to prep for your upcoming visit, know that we are here to help you make the most of your Walt Disney World Resort Vacation. So, please visit us again with any questions you may have.
Until next time,
Diana
