Is there a specific service that Disney offers to help actually plan what do while at Disney? I want to be sure I get reservations at the restaurants we want and shows to see, but all of it is very overwhelming.

    Hi there, Mary!

Here at planDisney, we are Guests, just like you! Our panel is made up of moms, dads, grandparents, and more that have "been there, done that" when it comes to all things Disney. We are here to share our advice and personal experiences to answer questions to help you plan what to do, where to stay, what to eat, and how to best navigate your Walt Disney World vacation. However, when it comes to personally planning vacations for Guests, we leave that job to the professionals!

My recommendation is to reach out to an Authorized Disney Vacation Planner. These Disney-trained travel specialists love nothing more than helping families plan wonderful visits to The Most Magical Place on Earth. Disney Vacation Planners are pixie-dusted professionals that know all the ins and outs and latest updates when it comes to planning a Disney trip, which is SO important during this time of Walt Disney World's phased reopening and as health and safety protocols continue to shift and change. Authorized Disney Vacation Planners can even save you money when booking your vacation, and monitor your reservation in case discounted rates are released after your trip is booked! Even though I visit Disney often, and could probably make all my reservations without help, I still turn to my Disney Vacation Planner to book many of my Disney getaways!

Your Disney travel agent can help you choose the best Disney Resorts Collection hotel for your travel party, purchase Theme Park Tickets, secure Disney Park Pass reservations, book your dining experiences, and take all the guesswork and stress out of planning your magical trip. They've been trained and certified by Disney to earn the "Authorized" distinction in their title. Here's the best part: their expert services come at no extra cost to you. The cost to use one of these amazing agents is the same as if you booked your trip yourself on the Walt Disney World website. Isn't that amazing?

The easiest and best way to find an awesome Disney Vacation Planner near you is to post on social media and ask for recommendations from friends and relatives that have recently used the services of a travel planner. Friends are always happy to share if they've had a magical vacation, thanks to a Disney travel planner. You can also do an internet search for "Authorized Disney Vacation Planners in my area" to see agencies and individuals nearby that specialize in Disney vacations.

If you'd prefer to navigate the planning process on your own, the Chat feature in the Help Center on the Walt Disney World website is very helpful, as you can talk to a Cast Member in real-time and ask questions as you plan. You can also call Walt Disney World directly to speak to a Cast Member that can help you build your vacation package over the phone.

However you choose to plan your Walt Disney World vacation, you can be guaranteed that there will be magical memories waiting to be made once you arrive. I hope these suggestions help, and you'll soon have all of your plans in order for a wonderful Disney vacation!
