How do I make specific room requests?

Hi Shelley, and welcome to planDisney!

I love that you seem to be in the planning phase of a future Walt Disney World Resort vacation!

Everyone has different wants and needs, and it is good to know that Disney is very accomodating for the most part. Though not guaranteed, you can call 407-934-7639 and speak with a Cast Member to make a specific room request. I will say out of my last five visits, I have made requests, and 4 of my requests came through, so it doesn't hurt to ask. Another option would be to make your request through your My Disney Experience app. When you complete the Check-In process, go through and complete the sections that ask for your contact information and resort arrival time. Under "Room Requests," you can make two pre-filled requests based on the resort where you will be staying. It will provide request options such as Near Bus, ground floor, etc. I hope this helps.

Please let us know if you have additional questions.

    Have a magical time!
