If you called to place a room request, it is totally normal to not see your request listed on your reservation on your My Disney Experience account. Hakuna Matata! It means "no worries." Rest assured that if you made the request, it is listed under your reservation, and while you cannot see it, the Cast Members can definitely see it on their side, and the room assignment Cast Members will have access to it when assigning your room. If you would like to double-check, you can always use
the Chat feature on the Walt Disney World website (make sure you are logged in) to confirm that your request has been added to your reservation.
Caitlyn, just keep in mind that while the Cast Members will do everything they can to grant your wishes, a room request is based on availability and is not guaranteed. But no matter where your room is located, you are sure to have the most wonderful time in your magical, tropical hideaway!
