    Is there a specific day the parks are open for people (adults and children) with disabilities?

    There is no one specific day for this. WDW is great about accommodating adults and children with disabilities every day. There is a book you might find helpful, "Walt Disney World With Disabilities" by Stephen Ashley. It is available on Amazon and at many bookstores.
