A specialized one of a kind glass mug from Walt Disney World broke. It was a gift from some 25yrs ago. If I give the specs to the artisans at Crystal Arts in either WDW or DLR could it be replicated? I have no contact info to ask them directly.

    Hiya, Tom!

Welcome back to planDisney, I'm happy to meet you! Gosh, my heart felt a little pang when I saw your question. I have several souvenirs from the Crystal Arts shop in Disneyland Park that are fragile and I know I would be so sad to have something happen to one of them! But I'm also an engineer (which I consider the human equivalent of being a Tinker Fairy like my spunky friend Tinker Bell) and I love to fix things, so let's see what we can do about that broken glass slipper...I mean mug!

First, take a look at the Disney Arribas Brothers collection on the Disney Store website. There are quite a few glass mugs in the collection online! I'm hoping that yours was one of the classic styles, like this Walt Disney World Cinderella Castle Large Tall Mug. If you don't see the right one then you can try calling Merchandise Guest Services to describe your mug and see if they can check for something similar in the parks.

The better option might be to search for "Arribas Brothers website" online. If you look carefully at the very bottom of their website on the right side you'll see a phone number and a "click here to email us" link. I would suggest emailing them, especially if you have photos of your mug that you could include. I also noticed that if you click on the locations listed on their page there are a couple of them (such as Crystal Arts at Disneyland Park) that have phone numbers available! You could also try reaching out to them on their social media pages, you can find them on Instagram with the user name DisneyArribas. It's a super fun (and sparkly!) account to follow, I love their behind-the-scenes videos!

While I'm sending all the happy thoughts I can, it is possible given the time that has passed that they won't have the same mug available. If that's the case, I hope that you will take a moment the next time you're in the parks to create a new personalized mug. I know it isn't the same, but each visit comes with happy memories and those new dreams deserve to be celebrated. Plus, a little retail therapy always cheers me up!

Good luck in the search for your mug, Tom! I hope you'll find something that will bring you happy thoughts for years to come.

    Keep moving forward!
