Let me first begin by saying thank you for everything you and your family do. As a military spouse myself, I am truly appreciative of everything first responders do. So I’m extremely happy that you all will be taking a
vacation very soon. Unfortunately, there are no special offers available to purchase off of the Walt Disney World Resort website for first responders to use. I do recommend checking with your employer to see if there’s anything available to purchase. I know in the past, my dad was able to purchase
Theme Park tickets off of his employer’s website.
If you do already have Theme Park tickets, and you are looking to upgrade them, you do have a couple of options. You can first try upgrading them using the My Disney Experience
mobile app. All you need to do is sign-in on the app and touch the three lines in the bottom right-hand corner. You will then select “Tickets and Passes”. This should bring up the tickets that you already have linked to your account. When you see your ticket, you should see the option to “Change Ticket” below. Click on that and you should see the process to change your ticket to one that includes the Park Hopper Option.
If this doesn’t work, Mary, you can contact Disney directly by calling the
Existing Tickets line a call. A Cast Member there will be more than happy to help you complete this upgrade. Don’t wait too long,
