Are there any special things offered by Disney for Family special occasion trips?

    Hello Nancy,

Thank you for stopping by the Disney Parks Moms Panel. Visiting the parks to celebrate important milestones is so much fun! I spent my birthday at Walt Disney World last year and it was a wonderful trip.

You'll definitely want to stop by a Guest Relations location in the parks to grab complimentary buttons for your family. There are a few options to choose from as well as an "I'm Celebrating!" button where you can fill in your own special occasion. When I wore my birthday button last year, I had lots of extra smiles and high-fives from Characters and Cast Members. It was so much fun!

You also have the option to build your own celebration using Disney Floral & Gifts. Have treats sent to your room or go all out for a themed In-Room Celebration. These can be such a fun surprise for the little ones!

Finally, I want to recommend a stop by Amorette's Patisserie at Disney Springs for some delectable goodies the whole family is sure to love. You can even pre-order one of their show-stopping dome cakes to share!

Celebrating with family at Walt Disney World is something you'll never forget. Wishing you a fun-filled vacation!

    Happy planning,

    Andrea U.
