    We have special requests such as connecting rooms and 1st floor due to my mothers knees (noted on reservations)Yea or nay on advanced check-in? I have read mixed answers. Thanks!!!

    Hi Beth! Although I have not had issues with advanced check-in and I find it a great new time saver when traveling to Disney I also would prefer to discuss my requests at length through the regular check-in at the resorts when I have concerns such as yours.  I have known several room assigners at different resorts and it is a huge puzzle when trying to offer all guests their desires and wishes for rooms. Doing the regular check-in won't take that much more time and if something isn't quite right you can adjust it easily.  That is not saying they won't help you as well when doing the on-line but personally I would just do regular!
