Hi Holly,
Welcome back to the Disney Parks Moms Panel! I love to help plan royal visits!
As you plan your regal visit, I suggest that you consider the royal attire for the entire visit. Bring all dresses, shoes tiaras and glitter nail polish with you (what princess does not love glitter?). Review all of the
Disney Princesses at Walt Disney World Resort activities and, in particular, consider princess dining experiences. Disney's Perfectly Princess Tea at Disney's Grand Floridian Resort & Spa might be perfect for your granddaughters.
Our girls adore dining at Akershus Royal Banquet Hall for a pre-park opening dining reservation at 8:00 a.m. On our last visit, we were the first guests in the dining hall. With autograph books signed and photos taken in just under an hour, we departed breakfast to catch our royal tour boat through Arendelle on Frozen Ever After. Immediately following our tour of Arendelle, we stopped in to
Meet Anna and Elsa at Royal Sommerhus. In Magic Kingdom, I suggest a royal transformation at
Bibbidi Bobbidi Boutique, visit with Rapunzel and Tiana at Princess Fairytale Hall, dining at Cinderella's Royal Table and a final visit with Ariel at Her Grotto. At Disney's Hollywood Studios, take a few minutes to experience Voyage of the Little Mermaid.
Holly, of course, one of my favorite princesses, Princess Leia, has inspired my girls to join forces against the Dark Side in Jedi Training - Trials of the Temple. My princesses have been fierce as they took down Darth Vader. I sense that the Force may be strong with your granddaughters!
Magic, memories and Minnie Mouse hugs,
Donyell
