    is there a special phone number for large families we are in Disney the first week in October there are 19 of us and would like to eat together for several meals including Hoop De Doo Revue

    Hey there, Paula! Welcome to planDisney, and thanks so much for visiting us!  

    It sounds like you have a large family trip just around the corner! When it comes to making large family plans, the sooner, the better, in my opinion! Plus, you may be nearing the date after which you will be able to make dining reservations for your group! Right now, it is 60 days before the start of your trip. 

    Guests must make large party booking in Disney restaurants via phone by calling Disney Dining. Consider splitting your group into multiple smaller parties as well, as this may often be the best way to ensure that everyone can be accommodated. In addition, this may allow you to make some reservations online. There is no special contact information for large parties unless you require 10 or more Resort Hotel Rooms. Parties of that size can reach out to Disney Group Getaways for assistance.

    Paula, I recommend that you keep every member of your travel party on your Family & Friends list! This will allow you to make and manage plans such as Dining and Experience Reservations on behalf of your Guests! Plus, everyone you invite to join the list will be able to view the Plans right from their Mobile Device on their My Disney Experience Mobile App, which will keep everyone in the loop.
