Hello, Gwen!
Welcome to planDisney with an excellent question. I am thrilled to hear that you will soon be making pixie-dusted memories with your family at The Most Magical Place on Earth.
The Walt Disney World Resort is committed to providing an inclusive environment for all Guests. As part of this commitment, Guests who have a hard time waiting in a conventional queue due to a disability may be eligible for
Disability Access Service (DAS). This service allows the Guest to request a return time for select attractions and experiences without having to wait in the regular queue.
There are two ways you can register for DAS: pre-arrival via live video chat or on-site at Guest Relations. I highly recommend
pre-registering for DAS in advance. You may pre-register virtually with a Cast Member using live video chat up to 30 days in advance of a theme park visit, but no less than two days before your arrival. Please note that the Guest requesting DAS must be present during the live video call or in-person registration.
I hope this information is helpful, Gwen! Come back to visit us if you have additional questions and have a magical visit to the Walt Disney World Resort!
