I have a special needs preschooler. If he is unable to make it through the day to our dinner reservations, can my husband take the other children and bring us to-go-meals from our table service restaurants?

    Hi Christine,

A day at Walt Disney World Resort Theme Parks can be exhausting for anyone, let alone a preschooler. It is not at all unusual for a little one to be too tired at dinnertime to sit through the meal. There have been many times where my family has been in this exact situation, and my husband and I have had to adjust our evening Dining plans.

Although Table-Service Restaurants at the Walt Disney World Resort are not set up to serve to-go meals, you can always ask the Cast Member serving you if you can place an order. In my experience, Cast Members do their very best to accommodate Guests requests so, there may be some Table- Service Restaurants that will be able to provide you with to-go meals.

I recommend making most of your Table-Service reservations during Breakfast or Lunch time and then dine at Quick-Service Restaurants for meals later in the day.

I hope this information helps. Please stop back by should you have any additional vacation planning questions!
