I have a "special needs" child (though she would probably argue that with me. She has a heart condition, and should not overexert herself. I am well aware that there will be plenty of walking and waiting (specially 12/26-1/2). Any suggestions?

    Hola Mari Carmen!
Gracias por tu pregunta! You're traveling at a wonderful time and the weather is usually great. If walking and waiting for long periods of time might be a problem for your child, you should consider requesting the Guest Assistance Card. The Guest Assistance Card is available for guests with special needs and helps cast members accommodate your child so she has a smooth vacation. A great idea would be to bring a note from your daughters doctor explaining your child's situation. This helps cast members understand what your daughter needs to have a fabulous trip.
I don't know your daughter's age, but you could also consider another option which is renting a stroller or a wheelchair to minimize the amount of walking for your daughter.
And if there's anything you need while at the theme parks, go ahead and ask a cast member for help with anything that you need.
Hope this helps and have a magical vacation!
