If a special gets you free QS dining cause you're staying at a value, can you upgrade/pay the difference to bump up to the next (or any) dining level? Or would you have to stay at a moderate to get the 1table, 1 quick, etc...? Thanks!

Dawn, who doesn't love the fabulous money saving offer of free dining?

If you book a value resort and receive a free Quick Service Disney Dining Plan, you may pay to upgrade to any one of the available dining plans. You do not need to stay at a moderate resort to obtain the basic plan that includes one table service, one quick service, and one snack per day. Feel free to go all out and splurge on the Deluxe Disney Dining Plan if you choose while staying at a value resort so you can sleep cheap and eat rich.
