We have special family reunion to Disneyland rescheduled (thanks to COVID) in April 2023, we have 17 people (5yrs to 75yrs old) with a 7th bday celebration at the park. We were hoping with such a large group that we could arrange a group discounts, help!!

Welcome to planDisney, Charlotte! I am happy to help you.

I am so happy to hear that you and your family will finally be having their family reunion at the Disneyland Resort!

It is a special time to be visiting. The Walt Disney Company is celebrating its centennial anniversary, Disney100. There is a new attraction, nighttime entertainment, and food and drinks to experience. And when you arrive, the reimagined Mickey's Toontown will be open. It will be a fantastic place to explore with your family, especially the younger members!

Regarding your question, unfortunately, the only group discounts available for tickets are for student groups and company events. However, you could try glancing at the Special Offers webpage to see if you are interested or eligible for any of those offers.

I also have some tips for visiting the Resort with a large party. For dining, I recommend quick-service restaurants with ample outdoor seating. My family and I love Rancho del Zocalo and Plaza Inn in Disneyland Park. And Flo's V8 Café and the restaurants in Pacific Wharf in Disney California Adventure Park.

As for attractions, my fellow Panelist Pal, Amanda, suggests riding water rides like Pirates of the Caribbean and "it's a small world." These are attractions where you and your family can all ride in the same vehicle!

Another quick tip I would recommend is downloading the Disneyland Mobile App. It will allow you to see attraction wait times, mobile order food, and utilize the Disney Genie+ service. Another Panelist, Carrie, has many helpful tips about managing your family's Theme Park Tickets if you are interested!

I also see you will be celebrating a special occasion on this trip! Birthdays at the Disneyland Resort are so special. You can celebrate by having a Character Dining meal. I love Goofy's Kitchen at the Disneyland Hotel. It is fantastic for all ages! If you have a dining reservation, you can purchase a Mickey Mouse Celebration Cake in advance on the Disneyland App at select restaurants. And don't forget to pick up a complimentary Birthday Button available at City Hall or retail locations around the Theme Parks. The Cast Members (and sometimes fellow Guests) will notice and wish him a happy birthday!

Charlotte, I hope you find this information helpful. I wish you and your family the happiest visit to the Happiest Place on Earth!

    Your Pal,
    Alejandra
