Hey there, Carey, and welcome to planDisney! Thanks for stopping by the panel with your question!
The holiday season at Walt Disney World is truly a beautiful time to experience the resort. This time of year brings festive decorations, cooler weather, and depending on the timing: holiday crowds! But Hakuna Matata - which means no worries! Any time spent at Walt Disney World making memories and reliving childhood is better than adulting! I reviewed the
Theme Park Hours Calendar for November and found that there are a few special events planned during your vacation that may affect how you plan out your Theme Park days.
Mickey is hosting his Very Merry Christmas Party on November 17th and November 18th. While the Theme Parties only affect the
Magic Kingdom Theme Park they can definitely alter your plans. In my experience, it can be beneficial to plan a Magic Kingdom park visit on a party day, especially if you plan to arrive at the Theme Parks early in the morning. Yes, the number of hours you have in the Theme Park is cut down some, but the park may be less crowded during the morning hours as party Guests wait to arrive later in the afternoon (usually around 4). Of course, this is not a guarantee, but something that my family usually considers as we plan our holiday theme park visits!
I hope this helps, Carey! If you have more questions while planning your Disney Vacation,
stop back by and let me know!
