    Are there going to be any special events like a movie premiere event or Galactic Nights in conjunction with the Rise of Skywalker premiere??

    Hi Wendy!

    This year has been an exciting year for Star Wars fans who are visiting Walt Disney World Resort! With the opening of Star Wars: Galaxy's Edge, Guests can make their own adventure traveling to a galaxy far, far away. I've visited Star Wars: Galaxy's Edge a few times now and every time, I have been completely blown away by the magic that the Disney Imagineers have put into this new land. Plus, there's even more in store for Guests to enjoy when Star Wars: Rise of the Resistance opens on December 5!

    I'm so excited for Star Wars: The Rise of Skywalker to open on December 20 so we can see the conclusion to the latest Star Wars trilogy. We don't yet know if Walt Disney World Resort will be hosting any special events for the movie's opening. I recommend that you keep an eye on the Disney Parks Blog for the latest news and announcements about how Walt Disney World Resort will celebrate the movie premier and everything you will be able to enjoy during your magical vacation!
