Are there any special events happening for Easter 2018. We will be there from 3/30/18-4/5/18

    Hi Peggy,

Thanks for stopping by with this egg-cellent question! The Walt Disney World Resort is where Mr. and Mrs. Easter Bunny choose to vacation after spending the entire year decorating Easter eggs, stocking up on jelly beans, concocting treats and filling those gorgeous baskets.

Disney has not announced the activities associated with Easter Sunday 2018. In the past, there have been special holiday offerings. Your family will probably be able to join the Egg-stravaganza at World Showcase in Epcot. Another fun Easter activity is the meet-and-greet opportunity with Mr. and Mrs. Bunny in Magic Kingdom Park. Also, on Easter Sunday, Disney Festival of Fantasy Parade might feature Easter-themed pre-parade entertainment with a special appearance by the Easter Bunny.

If you are looking for worship services on Easter Sunday, Disney's Contemporary Resort typically hosts Catholic Mass and a Protestant service too. Finally, there will be special holiday dining available on Easter Sunday. In the past, it has been an Easter themed feast hosted at various dining locations throughout the Walt Disney World Resort.

As your departure date draws near, be sure to keep an eye on the Disney Parks Blog for the formal announcements about special holiday activities.
