What special events or celebrations can we plan for our daughters 17 birthday celebration in Sept 2012? She wanted to do Bibbity Bobbity Boutique, but she is too old.

Hi Christine!  How exciting that your daughter still loves Disney World as a teenager!  I think that is something truly unique about Disney...the love of Disney magic is ageless!
I would suggest checking out all of the wonderful offerings by Disney Foral and Gifts.  They have ideas for every age and celebration.  Be sure and check out the Birthdays tab on the left.  There are so many wonderful ideas on there, and they can be delivered anywhere on Disney World property.
If I were turning 17 at Disney World, I would love to be dining  at Cinderella's Royal Table when I am suddenly presented with the "Wishing Rose and Bracelet" from the Disney Florist and Gifts shop. You would have to be sure to make advanced dining reservations at Cinderella's Royal Table, but I think that would be a very memorable way to spend a birthday!
Here is a link to more ideas on birthday celebrations at Disney World.
I hope this helps!  Have a wonderful trip with your daughter!
