    Will there be any special events to celebrate Walt Disney World's 45th birthday on Oct 1? If so, when will they be announced?

    It's hard to believe that in a few months that the Magic Kingdom will be celebrating 45 years of memories! I had the honor of attending the 40th celebration a few years ago, and I look forward to attending 45th Anniversary this year. Although details of the day have not been announced, we did get a look at the artwork that will be used for Magic Kingdom 45th Anniversary Merchandise. I saw several designs that caught my attention! Keep checking the Disney Parks Blog, as more information about anniversary merchandise and event details will be released in the coming months.
