It's great to see you here today at the Disney Parks Moms Panel, Amy! It sounds like we have a lot in common because I am always trying to squeeze a few extra hours out of my day when I'm at Walt Disney World Resort. Like your family, my family loves to take advantage of special events that give us extra time in the Theme Parks like
Disney Early Morning Magic and
Disney After Hours. Some of the most magical times I've ever had is in those early mornings and late nights when we're some of the only people in the Theme Parks!
On the day that you're visiting, the Disney Early Morning Magic event begins at 7:45 a.m., which is when you will be able to access Fantasyland. You can check-in as early as 7:30 a.m. so when you arrive, make sure to look for Cast Members with signs for the event so you can get a wristband and bypass the line of guests who are waiting for Magic Kingdom Park to open for the day. While you're inside enjoying attractions, other guests who are not attending the event will be allowed to filter on to Main Street U.S.A. as early as 8 a.m. These guests will be able to walk into the Theme Park as far as
Cinderella Castle, but they will not be allowed back into any of the lands, including Fantasyland where you will be, until 9 a.m.
You've chosen a great time of the year to visit because, until March 3, 2020, Disney Early Morning Magic will be a celebration of the 70th anniversary of
Cinderella. On top of all of the fun of getting to ride the attractions during the event, you may run into a few special Disney Characters when you're walking around Fantasyland, so have your camera and autograph books ready!
Have a magical day, Amy!
