We want to do a special dining experience for our girls. This will be all of our first times visiting. The children are 13 months, 7(turning 8 during trip), 8, and 9. This is mine and my sisters family, total of 8 people in the party.

Hi Kari! Thanks for visiting us at the Disney Parks Moms Panel.
I am glad to hear that you are planning your first family trip to the Walt Disney World Resort. This is going to be the most magical vacation ever!
Character Dining experiences are always very special and fun! As you are traveling with girls, I would recommend as a must-do experience, the Akershus Royal Banquet Hall restaurant, which is located at the Norway Pavilion, in Epcot. You will dine in a medieval castle as Disney Princesses and Friends mingle with Guests to give autographs and pose for pictures. Last year I had lunch there with my 3-year old daughter, and she loved it.  They serve breakfast, lunch and dinner.
Dining reservations are highly recommended and can be made up to 180 days prior to your visit. You can click here and make them online, or by calling (407) WDW-DINE or (407)939-3463.
Hope this information helps your planning.
    Have a magical time!
