Can I speak to someone about switching my kids tickets to another day?

    Welcome to planDisney, Shannon!

I'm so excited to hear that you are planning a visit to Walt Disney World--what a magical time to tour!

Regarding your purchase of your kids' Theme Park Tickets, switching the date is just a phone call away. In the link above, you'll see that there is a phone number listed for assistance with tickets near the bottom of the page. Call (407) 939-5277 and a Cast Member will be happy to assist you. If the price you paid for the original date(s) is lower than the cost of a ticket on your new date(s), you'll just pay the difference between the two. This can be done up to midnight on the day prior to the original first date of use, so do so as soon as you can.

Once your dates are switched, be sure to obtain your reservations in the Disney Park Pass system, too, so that your kids can experience all of the fun happening right now at The Most Magical Place on Earth.

Next, download the super-handy My Disney Experience mobile app to keep track of those tickets, your Disney Park Pass system reservations, and so many more magical details.

As you pack those plans with pixie dust, Shannon, be sure to send your additional questions our way. We love to help!
