Hello, Denise! Thanks for visiting us here at planDisney with your question. I can see that your trip to Walt Disney World is quickly approaching, I bet you are getting so excited.

I thought I should mention that the call centers are experiencing a high volume of calls at this time. When you call, I would do so when you have some time to wait on hold before speaking to a Cast Member. If you don't want to wait on hold, you can also use the new chat feature located within the
MyDisneyExperience app. To use the chat, log into the app. Then select the menu option on the bottom right hand of the screen, the icon is three horizontal lines. From there you should see an option to "Chat". I've been using this feature some and find that my wait times have been a lot less than if I were to call.
Denise, I also might be able to help answer any questions you have about your upcoming trip. Feel free to come back and
ask me. If I don't hear back from you, I really hope you have a great vacation!
