    Who do I speak to In regards to changing the name on the tickets I purchased a month ago? I keep looking to see if I can manually change them but there is no tab and I emailed customer care over 2 weeks ago and haven’t received a response. Thank you

    Thanks for visiting us at planDisney today. Oh no, I’m sorry to hear that you haven’t received a response yet. I know Mickey and all his Pals are working extremely hard to make everyone’s return, a Magical one. 

    Since you are looking to change the name on one of your tickets, I recommend giving the Ticket Service line a call. A Cast Member there will be more than happy to help take care of this for you. Please be patient as wait times are a little longer than normal. Hakuna Matata, the wait will be worth it! Once your tickets have been reassigned, to the correct people, you should be all set and ready to go. 

    Ricardo, I hope giving the Disneyland Resort a call helps reassign your tickets. Please let us know if there’s anything else we can do to help. Don’t forget to schedule your Theme Park Reservations!
