    Who do I speak to regarding the status of my annual pass refund?

    Hey Ronald! 

    Thanks for swinging by planDisney with a question! 

    The Disneyland Resort is offering a few different options for Annual Passholders during this unprecedented time. Passholders on the monthly payment plan had their payments automatically suspended, starting on March 14, 2020. The default option for Passholders on a monthly payment plan is to have their payments resume when the theme parks reopen, keeping the original expiration date of their Annual Passport. As an alternative option, monthly payment plan Guests may call to have Annual Passport payments paused and then resume when the theme park reopens. Their Annual Passport expiration dates would be adjusted accordingly.  

    Passholders who have paid in full will automatically have their expiration date extended by the number of days the parks are closed. As an alternative, paid-in-full Passholders may request a partial refund corresponding to the number of days their Passports would have been active during the closure.
