Hi Michael!
Welcome to planDisney! I'm so happy that you stopped by as you start planning your visit to Walt Disney World Resort!
Michael, while there are many great online resources available for planning, I understand that sometimes it's easier to talk with someone instead. If you're looking for phone assistance, you can always
call a Cast Member at Tickets and Hotel Reservations who can walk you through the reservation process. Of course, if you are looking for any recommendations on resort hotels, dining reservations, theme park itineraries, or other Disney plans, we're always happy to help here at
planDisney!
With more than two dozen hotels in the
Disney Resorts Collection, four
theme parks, two
water parks, and endless fun for the whole family, planning your Disney vacation may feel a bit overwhelming. If you haven't already had the chance to check out our
planDisney Video Library, I'd suggest this as a great place to start. Here you'll find videos ranging from resort tours and guides for visiting with little ones to tips for the parks, as well as holiday and festival must-dos.
When I'm planning my own Disney vacations, I always start with selecting dates that work well for our busy family of five, and then we select our resort hotel. One of my favorites is
Disney's Beach Club Resort, due in large part to its proximity to both EPCOT and Disney's Hollywood Studios, an incredible pool complex, and amazing dining opportunities, including a character breakfast at
Cape My Cafe. However, when budget is our top priority, I love
Disney's All-Star Sports Resort. As a mom of three boys, I can say this property is one of their favorites, featuring larger-than-life theming and bright colors that make it energetic and exciting for each of them, even though they range in age from toddler to teen.
I'm sending lots of pixie dust and happy thoughts your way, Michael, as you start planning your Disney vacation! If you have any other questions, please stop by to see us again here at planDisney - we're all ears!
Cheers!
Kristi
