Thanks so much for reaching out to planDisney with your question! I know it can be a little confusing when you’re trying to navigate the Magic Key process, so I’m here to help clear things up for you.
Right now, Magic Key sales are on pause for new purchases. While they’re not available at the moment, don't worry—once they are, the instructions you need to purchase one will be available on the
Disneyland website, and they will be available for purchase either online or at the ticket booths!
But Felipe, if you currently have a Magic Key, the
Magic Key pass holder hotline is the best place to call with all of your questions. They’re fantastic at helping out —whether it's about your benefits, renewal, or any other details. You can count on them to guide you through everything.
And, if you were hoping to
add a 3-year-old to the Magic Key program to join their family members that already have Magic Keys, you can bring your tiny Mouseketeer to the ticket booths in-person to get them signed up!
