Hello. I speak good English, but half of my group only speaks Portuguese. I read many things about the "ears of the world" gadgets, and how they do and don´t work well. Do you think it is worthy to spend time at guest relations to get them?

    Hello Otavio,

I'm so pleased that you're going to make the trip from Rio de Janeiro to Orlando.  You and your travel party are going to have a magical vacation!

Guests from all over the world visit Walt Disney World and the parks are well prepared for guests who speak languages other than English.  Be sure to pick up a park map in your native language when you enter each of the four main theme parks.

I've had very good luck with the earpieces distributed at Guest Services in the parks but I suggest you and your guests enjoy the parks without them first.  You might find you don't need them to have a fully immersive vacation experience.  You can always pick them up the second day of your visit if you feel you are missing important information.

Let us know if you have additional questions as you make preparations for your voyage.  We'd be happy to help!

Wishing you a safe and fun-filled journey!

    Jill
