How do I speak to a customer service rep?

Hello and welcome to planDisney, Marilyn.

There are several different phone numbers to call when needing to speak to a Customer Service representative at Walt Disney World. It just depends on what you need help with.

Here is a list of some different departments that may be able to help you:

    Disney Resort Hotel Reservations - (407) 939-1936
    Existing Tickets - (407) 934-7639
    New Tickets - (407) 939-7679
    Special Events, Tours, Recreation - (407) 939-1929
    Website Support - (407) 939-4357

If those departments aren't what you would like to talk to a Cast Member about, take a look at the current phone directory. There are a lot of other departments listed that may be able to help you as well.

If you aren't able to find the exact number, Marilyn, you can also head back here and ask your specific question to me directly. I may know the answer or can better help point you in the right direction with more details.

Most of the phone lines do open up around 7:00 a.m. Mickey Mouse's time and I do suggest calling early. I've noticed that the phone lines tend to fill up later in the day which can lead to long on-hold times. In this case, the early bird gets the worm.

I hope this helps point you in the right direction, Marilyn. Like I said, please feel free to stop back by and ask me. I'm happy to help.

    Have a great day.

Meet the Panelist: Jackie, North Carolina

I love all things Walt Disney World.  In fact, since becoming Annual Passholders, my family of 3 is always hopping in the car for a quick trip to visit with Mickey Mouse!  I've been known to make the 8 hour each way drive to Walt Disney World (in one day!) to indulge in a Mickey Waffle or enjoy a sunny day at Disney's Typhoon Lagoon Water Park.  I may have a small family, but we are always up for some BIG fun at the Walt Disney World Resort.   Learn More About Jackie
