How can speak with a cast member about DAS pass for my trip in 27 days

    Welcome to planDisney, Emma!

I'm excited to help you get your Donald Ducks in a row for your upcoming visit to The Most Magical Place On Earth next month! I'm glad you're already aware of the Disability Access Service (DAS)- it's such a fantastic resource for guests who need a little extra support. At Walt Disney World Resort, everyone is welcome, and that ain't no passing craze!

DAS is designed specifically for guests who might find waiting in regular lines a bit challenging. If you think this might be the case for you, I'd recommend having an individual chat with one of the friendly Cast Members. You can even hop on a live video call to request pre-registration for the DAS as soon as 30 days before your visit, so your timing is perfect! Those Cast Members are dedicated to making sure your trip goes smoothly, just like Zazu keeping an eye on the Pride Lands!

Oh, and Emma, I wanted to reassure you that we won't ask for any official medical documents - it's all about making sure you have the best time ever! Just like they say in the jungle, it's "no worries for the rest of your days" (well, at least during your time at the resort!).

I hope this is the problem-free philosophy you were looking for, Emma! Please swing by again soon if you have any more questions! I'd love to hear about the adventures you're cooking up, and I'm always here to dish out some handy tips!

    Hakuna Matata,
    Danielle
