How can I plan for 36 people on my trip, and what all do i need to know and have to do it?

My goodness, Tonensha, you are an ambitious lady, aren't you?

I've planned trips for large groups too and it can be complicated but it is also very fun and rewarding.  I would say that the first thing you need to do is decide on your dates of travel.  Once you have those, selecting a Disney resort should be your next order of business.  Decide on a budget for your trip and then ask the people in your traveling party to select from the following extensive list of magical resorts.

Once you have chosen your Disney resort, you might want to enlist the assistance of a Disney-savvy travel agent.  That will save you having to handle the financial information (credit card numbers, deposits, etc.) for members of your traveling party.  Good travel agents will also alert you if new promotions or special offers are released after you book.  Then they can assist you if you need to re-book your reservations under the new offer.

Let me know if you have questions about theme park tickets or the Disney Dining Plan.  These are add-ons to your vacation package that you'll want to consider as well.  Feel free to post follow-up questions to the Moms Panel regarding your trip.  We'd be happy to walk you through the process of planning a magical Disney adventure!

    Best wishes,
    Jill
