Hi How many days would you recommend in each of the 4 parks and 2 water parks? We have a 6 year old active son. We are staying for 2 weeks but want to do Seaworld, Busch Gardens, etc. also.

    Hi Carla!
Wow, with two weeks in Walt Disney World you will have such a great time with your family!  Your son is in for an awesome time because that is a great age for a child in Walt Disney World.  Here are my recommendations for amount of days in each Park:

I would spend 2 full days in Magic Kingdom and Epcot, 1 full day to 1 1/2 days in Hollywood Studio, and Animal Kingdom, and then at least 1/2 a day to 1 full day at Blizzard Beach and Typhoon Lagoon. I generally do not go to the same Park two days in a row and I try to make use of the Morning and Evening Extra Magic Hours with a Park Hopper Ticket.  I maximize my time by going to two Parks in the same day by using the Park Hopper Option on my tickets.  Here is another thing that I do, I go to either of the Water Parks when they open and stay until 1:00 or 2:00 pm and then go to a Park for the evening especially if that particular Park has Evening Extra Magic Hours.

Also I would recommend having a down day at your Resort after every 2 to 3 days in the Parks or you could use this day to do other Theme Pars outside of Walt Disney World.

I hope that your next trip to Walt Disney World is extra magical for you and your whole family!

    Keep Dreaming Big!
