Hi Guillermo!
Welcome back to planDisney!
Your EPCOT plans are
out of this world! I love that you are going to visit Space 220 Restaurant and I am so glad to see that you are using a
Disney Dining Plan. If you go to the
homepage of the restaurant, you will see a note to indicate whether or not Disney Dining Plan meals are accepted at that dining location. At this time, Space 220 Restaurant does not accept Disney Dining Plan meals.
When my family is using a Disney Dining Plan, prior to our trip, we always sit down as a family and pick the dining locations we would like to visit. I then check each dining location to see if they accept a Dining Plan and, if so, how many meals we will use at each location. Although I have dined at Space 220 Restaurant, I now typically make
advanced dining reservations at
Space 220 Lounge. The views from the lounge tables are still good and the menu for the lounge is a little more budget-friendly for my family. You can also check the menus of each restaurant if you go to the homepage of the restaurant and click on
View Menu. I do hope you have plans to make advanced dining reservations if you have not yet done so!
As you continue to make plans, remember that your Dining Plan meals are calculated per
night of stay. So, I take the total number of meals we will have, determine how many meals we will need to use each
day, and plan accordingly. We typically use one meal on our first day, one on the last day, and the rest on the days in between. With the Dining Plans, we also love the resort-refillable drink mugs! So, be sure to make use of those at the resort!
Guillermo, I trust you have selected other fabulous dining locations! We also love a few character meals, so be sure to consider
Topolino's Terrace - Flavors of the Riviera and
1900 Park Fare! In the meantime, keep an eye on the
Disney Parks Blog. We are all excited about the opening of
Tiana's Bayou Adventure. We are
almost there!
Magic and memories,
Donyell
